Below is our current pricing structure based on your location. These prices apply in addition all services on the dropdown. With our up-front pricing and no behind the scenes upcharges, we make sure you as the customer know what you’re getting into before we show up. Spa life is an expensive life. But don’t worry, from the birth to the death of a hot tub, we are here to provide simple, professional solutions every step of the way.
Base Price: $150
Includes on-site diagnostic service and initial repair assessment.
Covers labor for diagnosis, not including parts or extensive repair labor.
Additional charges may apply for longer drive times or commercial locations (see below).

Base Price: $350
Need help within 24 hours?
Emergency dispatch available for urgent service calls
$350 flat fee for emergency response
Includes technician travel and rapid diagnosis
Does NOT apply toward repair or labor costs
Add $400 to the base or zone fee for commercial properties (gyms, hotels, spas, clubs, etc.).
Includes the need for more complex diagnostics or larger systems.
We are based in zip code 19335 (Downingtown, PA). Travel fees are added based on your distance from our base location:
Zone 1 (0–1 hour) – No additional fee
Included in the $150 base price.
Zone 2 (1–2 hours) – Add $100
Total service fee: $250
Zone 3 (2–3 hours) – Add $200
Total service fee: $350
Philadelphia Clients – Add $300
Due to city traffic and parking, service calls in Philadelphia are subject to this surcharge.
